For a safe and enjoyable riding experience, please observe our rules: Age Restrictions: Children 6 years and up may go on our ocean view dune trail rides only. Children 8 years and up may go on our ocean view dune trail, 1 1/2 hr beach ride or 2hr sunset rides. Children 10 years and up may go on our 1/2 day or morning adventure rides. All children must fit junior saddles. No double riding will be allowed. Any rider under 18 years old will be required to wear a helmet and will have parent or legal guardian's signature on both sign in and participation sheet.  Riders 18 Years old and older will be advised to wear a helmet or required to sign a release. For a faster check-in, click the following links to print the sign-in sheet, release, hard hat waiver (for adults 18 and over only) if you don't want to wear a hard hat, and pre-ride instructions. Complete these documents now and bring them with you to C&M Stables. For minors coming to ride without there parent, the parent may print out forms fill them out sign them and fax them in ahead of time. Fax number is 1-(541)-997-4541. Please remember each rider needs there own set of forms! Adults 18 and over need both sign-in sheet and participant sheet, and if they wish not to wear a hard hat they also need a hard hat waiver.  Minors 17 and under also need sign-in sheet and participant sheet and are required to wear hard hats.  All riders who wish to wear hard hats may bring there own or we do have them here to use at no additional charge. We do require a credit or debit card number to hold your reservation. All cancellations or number of riders change must be made by 5pm the day prior to your ride or you are charged full price. Also, if you fail to show you will be charged full price. Unless C & M Stables cancels due to weather conditions.  We ride rain or shine unless we deem it to be unsafe. Number of riders refers to the number in your individual party.  For prices refer back to our rate sheet. In the summer, it is rare that we have less than two on a ride. One-hour notice or more is suggested on all rides, due to set ride times, which change throughout the year.  Please call ahead to catch current ride times. For best beach conditions check the local tide tables. Group rates are available year-round. Please call for more information. Any person with a medical condition should notify us at time of reservation to see if this activity is suitable for them. Sorry, we do not allow pregnant women on the rides. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change without notice. Exceptions: On weather-related cancellations, if in doubt of the weather which can be different at the stables please call the office for updated conditions. Remember all cancellations must be done by 5pm the day before. We do ride rain or shine unless C&M Stables deems the weather to be unsafe.  If C&M Stables deems weather to be unsafe C&M Stables will notify you the day of your ride at least 1hr prior to ride time. If riders wish to reschedule for another day C&M Stables must be notified at least 1 hr prior to ride time.
